We're looking for a skilled and personable

Bartender

to join our team. In this role, you'll mix and serve drinks, offer thoughtful menu recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, managing inventory, and working closely with the rest of the team to ensure smooth, enjoyable service. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about spirits, wine, and craft cocktails, takes pride in providing great service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Take ownership of the bar: know your regulars, anticipate needs, and ensure smooth, attentive service throughout every shift. Prepare and serve a range of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and creativity. Engage with guests at the bar, describe menu offerings with confidence, and guide them through our beverage and food selections. Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to deliver a seamless dining and drinking experience, including food orders placed at the bar. Participate in daily pre-shift meetings, staff training sessions, and ongoing education on wine, spirits, and seasonal menu changes. Maintain bar cleanliness, stocking, and inventory organization; ensure health and safety protocols are consistently followed. Help onboard and mentor new team members; act as a resource for staff on cocktails, spirits, and bar procedures. Communicate with chefs and managers on special requests, VIP guests, and any adjustments in service. Other duties as assigned. Minimum of 3 years of experience behind the bar in a fast-paced, upscale or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, wine, and general mixology principles. Ability to remain composed under pressure, while multitasking and prioritizing guest needs. A clear, kind, and professional communication style. Must maintain professional appearance, punctuality, and pride in personal presentation. Excellent basic math and POS skills; experience with Microsoft Office and financial systems is a plus. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol; high school diploma or equivalent required. Must be flexible and able to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and during special events. Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, squatting and navigating stairs throughout the day.
