A fast-growing Human Resources team at a leading global sports brand is looking to add a Benefits & Payroll Coordinator to the organization. This position will be reporting to the Benefits Manager at their Exeter, New Hampshire office and is expected to join the team in-person Tuesday through Thursday.
As a Benefits & Payroll Coordinator, you will assist in the processing & reporting of all Health and Welfare plan administration services and programs. Youll also perform payroll processing and administrative duties to support the Payroll Department. 70% of the time, youll be focused on reviewing benefits and identifying the root-cause of any discrepancies, with the remaining 30% focused on auditing and approving payroll services.
Benefits- US and Canada Perform claim research and resolution support. Audit and process benefit invoices. Assist with Benefit Administration. Administer HAS/FSA employer funding. Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance reporting including ACA and nondiscrimination testing. Maintain benefit policies and documentation. Coordinate and communicate local events and other administrative support for the Global Wellness program. Run Ad hoc reporting and analysis to support internal and external stakeholders. Payroll Serve as backup for US and Canada payroll processing. Support the payroll process (US, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Finland and Taiwan) payroll approval process. Assist with compliance reporting and filing. Run Ad hoc reporting and analysis to support internal and external stakeholders.
