As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works understanding our customers needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional in-store customer experiences, creating genuine connections with customers, driving rewards program enrollment and engagement, providing a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, supporting product replenishment activities, maintaining brand standards, and adhering to all safety standards and expectations. Qualifications include thriving in a customer-first based retail environment, demonstrated sales and customer experience results, effective communication skills, the ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively, and availability to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.
