Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst is part of the Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc. (LSNA) Logistics team, which supports Lindt USA, Ghirardelli, and Russell Stover chocolate brands. The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for coordinating inventory activities between the third-party logistics service providers and the brands. Responsibility includes ensuring cycle count procedures are maintained, coordinating third-party audits, and tracking and validating all inventory-related activity. This position will also be responsible for coordinating with the transportation team to validate customer over, short, and damaged (OS&D) claims. The position will be based in Kansas City, MO and will require minimal travel.Essential FunctionsTrack and research OS&D claims in conjunction with 3PLs and LSNA transportation team and provide reporting to the brands (inventory control, customer service, and finance)Manage, track, and review 3PL adjustment activityUse adjustment data analysis to assist in driving improvements and reducing adjustment activity in 3PL inventory management.Analyze and provide reporting inbound damages and monitor the damages/rework/recoup process.
