The estimated annual base salary range for this position is $85580 - $113451.8.

Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.

S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Quality Assurance department. As a

Senior Quality Auditor,

you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.

The Senior Quality Auditor leads complex audits of S&C processes to ensure compliance with ISO 9001. This role is responsible for performing detailed audits, training junior auditors and providing recommendations on quality-related issues. The Senior Quality Auditor handles more challenging audit areas, offers in-depth analysis and supports the development and implementation of corrective actions.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead and support ISO 9002 multi-faceted audits across assigned functions which requires learning the general processes of the assigned area, reviewing their associated documentation and evaluating the function's practice and adherence to ISO standards. Potential areas of assignment include but are not limited to:

Product Design , which requires an individual to work with engineering and understand the details of product design and product quality processes. Production/Fabrication , which supports audits of general manufacturing and fabrication processes. Administrative Functions , which supports audit of corporate functions such as HR and purchasing. Overall Company Processes , which supports the audit of broader company practices.

Conduct thorough audits on multi-faceted processes identifying critical areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions. Guide and train junior auditors providing advice on audit techniques, best practices and quality standards. Interpret complex audit results, prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to management. Develop and update process audit logs and schedules ensuring alignment with functional objectives. Support S&C's subsidiaries during ISO audits and offer expertise on quality assurance practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of audit findings and improvements. Represent S&C in external audits including those conducted by regulatory bodies or customers, ensuring compliance and fostering positive relationships. Stay abreast of new developments in the assigned area, the application of ISO standards to these new developments and their impacts on the overall quality of the function. Occasionally travel to S&C sites to conduct audits. Understand and comply with all applicable company policies and rules. To select this job as one of interest to you, at a minimum, you must have the following:

Bachelor's Degree in business, a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in a quality related role, with at least 3 years of auditing experience in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. Understanding of specific documentation relevant to assigned audit areas such as mechanical and fabrication drawings, engineering designs and HR policies (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) Good reporting skills, troubleshooting skills and ability to plan and prioritize workloads. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members, adjusting communication approaches based upon the audience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Sound attention to detail and ability to complete activities with accuracy. Rounded critical thinking skills and an ability to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for resolution. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint). Ability to coach and train junior auditors. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment. Six Sigma Yellow Belt (strongly preferred) Preferred

Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent certification Basic knowledge of 4SPS problem-solving activities. Ability to use basic measuring equipment. Six Sigma Green Belt MAJOR PHYSICAL DEMANDS
