Clinical Supervisor Outpatient (SUD)
Location: Saint Louis, MO Department: Recovery Services Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary
The incumbent of this position is responsible for ensuring quality services are delivered to clients/patients through providing clinical oversight to clients/patients and team members in a program by planning, organizing, staffing, and directing client/patient care on a daily operational basis. Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other agencies in the communities served Participate in selection of off-site resources for needed services that are not provided by the program Complete monthly/quarterly record reviews for the program, ensuring regulatory and accreditation standards are maintained Facilitate weekly clinical case staffing, team, and diagnostic disposition meetings Act upon reports and recommendations from program/agency committees, team members, and client suggestions Provide oversight for service delivery, completing weekly checks on team member direct service hours Develop evolving programmatic schedule to meet client population needs Coordinate services and collaborate with outside agencies Adhere to and monitor program budget Provide clinical direction and supervision to assigned team members Ensure orientation, in-service training, and continuing education for staff members Respond/intervene in crisis situations and ensure incident reporting is completed Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least three (3) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field, with at least four (4) years professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and two (2) years of supervisory experience; AND Qualified Addiction Professional certified by the Missouri Credentialing Board, Inc. or applicable State Board; OR Counselor, psychologist, or physician licensed in Missouri with at least one (1) year professional experience in substance use disorder treatment and 1 year of supervisory experience Additional Qualifications
Successful completion of background check Completion of New Hire Orientation Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance First Aid certification and CPR certification Behavioral Management training Annual maintenance of licenses/certifications Position Perks & Benefits
