We have an opportunity for a 6-month assignment beginning in June (through December) for one of our fortune 500 clients.

Job description:
Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains desktop and workstation equipment and software including telephones (std & VOIP), desktop/laptop computers (WIN7, WIN10, MAC OS), and printers. Handles equipment moves with little or no supervision. Identify, analyze and resolve basic troubleshooting items but defers to supervisor or Level 1 tech for more complex hardware issues. Answer basic user questions about equipment features. Has basic knowledge of the organization's equipment and associated software and services. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Qualifications :
Tech School degree or Certification Previous work experience Basic understanding of hardware components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and telephony systems (standard and VoIP). Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 10, and macOS. Ability to install, configure, and maintain desktop/workstation software and hardware.
