Vaco LA is working with a client in the Tech industry who is looking for an HR/Recruiting Specialist to support their HR team. This opportunity is temporary, with potential for permanent placement, and offers a pay rate between $30-$40/hr. The position is located in the South Bay and requires full in-office presence.

Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers for new requisitions. Handle employee relations and investigations. Administer benefits questions and assist with open enrollment. Implement and understand CA labor laws and HR compliance. Ensure over 5 years of recruiting/HR experience is met. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Experience in the technology field is highly preferred. Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is required.
