Nesco Resource is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for our client located in Waverly, NY!

Primary Job Duties: • Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control • Ensure accuracy in ERP and warehouse management systems • Coordinate material staging and support for production operations • Train and lead warehouse staff, including forklift and equipment procedures • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space (GMP & 5S standards) • Communicate with Inventory Specialists and Management to resolve issues • Monitor inventory and ensure timely and accurate shipments • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed • Assign tasks and evaluate team performance • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For: • Minimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experience (beverage or food preferred) • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Forklift certification required • Proficiency with WMS, ERP systems, and RF Smart technology • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs • Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory practices
Pay:
$24.00
per hour Hours:
2nd and 3rd shift positions available
