ProSidian Seeks a AMRP Project And Contract Management Support Specialist (Full-Time) located in The Hanford Tri-Cities Area (Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) to support an engagement for the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford in Eastern Washington (Tri-Cities - Kennewick | Pasco | Richland) Area. The ProSidian Engagement Team Members work to provide General Support Services Contractor (GSSC) assistance to support DOE Hanford [which consists of Richland Operations Office (RL), and Office of River Protection (ORP)] in support of the Govt's operations, personnel management, and general administration of regional operations at the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington. ProSidian Consulting's work includes supporting DOE requirements for consulting support, acquisition support, program/project management support, operational/administrative business support, and environmental consulting support. It is also ProSidian's duty to protect all classified information, special nuclear material, and other DOE property and work in accordance with DOE security regulations and requirements to maintain responsibility for protecting all classified information and all classified matter (including documents, material and special nuclear material) which are in every Engagement Team Member's possession and in connection with the performance of work under this contract against sabotage, espionage, loss or theft. AMRP Project and Contract Management Candidates shall work to support requirements as a AMRP Project And Contract Management Support Specialist and provide AMRP Project And Contract Management Support to The Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office (RL) and the Assistant Manager for the River and Plateau (AMRP) AMRP Project And Contract Management Support Specialist shall provide support in the following areas: Provide contract management support with preparation and coordination of contract change packages for Integrated Project Team (IPT) and FPD project reviews. Research and provide input on potential contract change requests presented by Hanford prime contractors. Provide development and primary liaison for technical analysis review packages for IPT, Estimating, Contracts, Legal, and FPDs. Provide contract management support via revision and tracking of project contract management/administration correspondence related to modifications, notifications, and proposal requests. Research and provide analysis towards path forward decisions on contract change process path implementation (i.e. directed changes, requests for proposal, project recommendations to Contracting Officer for unilateral or bilateral negotiations, etc.). Review and analyze previously submitted contract changes for duplicate claims or changes related to other projects. Provide guidance to and coordination with various functional and project-related organizations within RL (including cost estimating support, Procurement, RL IPTs, FPDs, and other support staff) to execute contract changes. Coordinate with project lead scheduler to maintain an updated schedule on preparing pre-negotiation memo packages for the Contracting Officer. Monitor contract deliverables received including notifications and obligations. Maintain project files including performance incentive payment records and fee pool balances. Facilitate contracting meetings and ensure that change tracking log is updated. Maintain and update work breakdown structure dictionary with contract modifications. Develop change order packages (Notification of Change, Letter Responses, government estimate). Estimated at up to 10 a month. Provide contract change management information weekly input to the division director. Develop/maintain project-specific Request for Equitable Adjustment (REA)/Change Proposal (CP) Tracking log including tracking of potential changes. The AMRP Project And Contract Management Support Specialist shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. AMRP Project And Contract Management Support Specialist personnel shall possess the following minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5 years' relevant experience, including: Experience with the contract clauses and scope dictionaries. Experience with CERCLA/RCRA processes. Experience and knowledge of groundwater and vadose zone remediation. Experience coordinating and providing technical input on contract management reviews, status and deliverables. Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and FAR Supplements. Understanding of DOE contract management requirements, analysis, and control. Knowledge of Cumulative Impact Evaluation, Composite Analysis, and Bio-mobilization/Bio-intrusion Evaluation. Experience in communicating and presenting to various management levels. Proficiency with MS Office software/tools; highly proficient in MS Excel. Excellent communications skills. U.S. citizenship. Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. Work shall be conducted at the Department of Energy - Richland Operations Office, The Hanford Site, and Richland, WA.
