Salesforce Technical Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills •10+ years of Salesforce platform experience with at least 5 years in an architect role. •Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and APIs. •Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud •Deep understanding of integration patterns and middleware (MuleSoft, Spring boot) •Experience in data modeling, data migration, and system integrations. •Salesforce certifications such as System Architect, Application Architect, or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred or in progress). •Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. •Ability to lead and mentor development teams. Roles & Responsibilities •Design end-to-end scalable Salesforce architecture aligned with business goals. •Lead technical design sessions and document detailed design artifacts. •Guide development teams during implementation; ensure coding standards and best practices. •Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with functional requirements. •Oversee integration architecture and data migration strategies using APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools. •Conduct performance optimization, security reviews, and technical governance. •Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and roadmap. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Managing and supporting Multiple Scrum Teams located at offshore.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 a Year
