ProSidian seeks a Remote Sensing and Geospatial Support Analyst III (RSGS4) [Key Personnel | Senior Consultant - Exempt 874-1 Consultant] to provide Agriculture, Forestry, Fishing, and Hunting Sector related Environmental Services Solutions for GTAC Remote Sensing & Geospatial Support Services on behalf of the USDA Forest Service-SPOC SW (USDA-FS). These services are considered part of the ProSidian Professional Services Sector Group with overall focuses being Multi-Sector Expertise, Experience, and Specialized Knowledge through Professional Services to Help Clients Solve Problems and Improve Operations under NAICS Code: 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific and Technical Services for the Department of Agriculture with service(s) also characterized as the purpose of this request for information is to gather vendor's ability to provide professional remote sensing and geospatial services for the Forest Service. Apply remote sensing/geospatial technologies, approaches, and methodologies to address natural resource applications including change detection, monitoring, extraction, and classification of information from multispectral imagery, radar, LiDAR, etc. Use supervised/unsupervised image classification, data mining, and feature extraction technologies, accuracy assessment procedures, and identify and apply novel approaches to geospatial analysis and modeling. Develop, manage, and analyze remote sensing and geospatial data sets, including unique and disparate data and information, to support resource management projects. Evaluate new remote sensing and associated technologies (including new sensors/platforms, software technologies, data processing and analysis methods, data mining, geospatial modeling, etc.) and assess their feasibility for integration into FS business functions. Responsibilities and duties include: Demonstrated expert level knowledge, experience, and abilities to process, analyze, and model geospatial data in commercial and open-source image processing and GIS software including, but not limited to, ERDAS, Google Earth Engine, eCognition, Metashape, Esri software, and Pix4D software. Demonstrated expertise in preparing technical reports, technology transfer, and geospatial training materials for technology evaluation and development projects. Demonstrated experience performing data modeling on corporate and disparate natural resource data. Professional certification, or relevant coursework in geography, GIS, or remote sensing, and seven (7) years of relevant professional work experience in geospatial analysis and modeling Qualifications

Analyst: Requirements: A Master's degree in Education, Andragogy, Pedagogy, or a related field At least 7 years of experience in teaching and learning, including experience with Andragogy and Pedagogy principles. Strong knowledge of Andragogy and Pedagogy principles and their application to teaching and learning Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience in program evaluation and data analysis Knowledge of effective instructional practices and adult learning theory Skills / Abilities / Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications: Ability to initiate, develop, and maintain mutually beneficial client relationships. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical reports or journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to inquiries from internal and external clients. Ability to write scopes-of-work, budget estimates, schedules, reports of findings, proposals, general correspondence, and other technical documents. Clear vision and depth perception are also necessary. Employees must be sharp, focused, and alert when conducting site inspections, speaking and interacting with clients, preparing written reports of findings, and testifying in deposition or trial. Must be able to interact and communicate with clients at all levels (e.g. internal and external) Must have high level of analytical skills. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including but not limited to, Microsoft Office Applications and computer-assisted engineering and design software. Skills Required: Ability to multi-task and pay close attention to detail. Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
