Senior Scrum Master

Learn more at ISC2 online. The Senior Scrum Master leads and refines our Agile framework across multiple teams. This role is responsible for optimizing Agile processes, mentoring teams, and ensuring the effective use of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket) to drive productivity and transparency. The incumbent possesses a strong background in Agile methodologies, experience with enterprise-level Agile transformations, and will create insightful dashboards to support executive decision-making. Expertise in Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence) with the ability to configure and customize dashboards, reports, and workflows. Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret Agile metrics and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices, preferred. Education and Work Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, will consider 10 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, with at least 3 years in a senior or enterprise-level role. Proven experience in Agile transformations and process improvements at an organizational level. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), or other enterprise Agile methodologies. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent Agile certifications, preferred. Experience working with cross-functional teams in an enterprise or fast-paced environment, preferred. Experience with Agile frameworks beyond Scrum (Kanban, Lean, XP, etc.), preferred. Physical and Mental Demands
Ability to travel up to 10% of time, may also include overnight and international travel. Work normal business hours and extended hours when necessary. Remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting, for prolonged periods. Regular use of office equipment such as a computer/laptop and monitor computer screens.
