Telehealth Rn Manager

Works under the direction of the manager to facilitate daily operations, including patient flow, staffing assignments, safe patient care and to promote a healthy work environment at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. Will manage a team of Telehealth RNs, that respond to calls from parents when local pediatricians' offices are closed. Will do scheduling, quality reviews, training and staffing (as needed). The role is Part-time; Hours are 3PM-9PM; some weekends will be required Experience

1 year of RN experience; pediatrics highly preferred Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in Emergency, Urgent Care and/or Primary Care Previous management or leadership experience highly preferred Previous experience in Telehealth/Advice Line highly preferred Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Certification Summary

Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the single State of Georgia or Multi-State through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of employment Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Pediatric Emergency Assessment Recognition and Stabilization (PEARS) within 1 year of employment as required by department Professional Nursing Certification deemed by department required upon one year of hire Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
