Mid-Level Data Scientist
with Top Secret / SCI Clearance. About the Job We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Scientist with Top Secret / SCI Clearance. The positions will be supporting a new team at NGA that does very similar work to some of our automated collection work. The team will be building automated multi-INT analytic models that detect activity of interest and task GEOINT collection. The qualifications are: Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI polygraph exam Able to work on client site in Northern Virginia 40 hours a week (very limited option for telework) Proficient with
Python Nice to have: Experience with multiple intelligence types (SIGINT, OSINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, HUMINT) Experience with Brewlytics, JEMA, ArcPro and/or other geospatial data analysis tools Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated NGA/NRO systems Proficiency with common programming languages including R, SQL, HTML, and JavaScript Experience leveraging NLP to draw insight from unstructured data sources including news articles and social media Knowledge of and ability to implement CV Ability to learn new technologies, adapt to dynamic mission needs, and develop/test new analytic methodologies Requirements: Must be capable of obtaining and holding a U.S. government Top Secret / SCI clearance. Prefer the candidate to already have a CI Polygraph. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field 3+ years of software development experience in common programming languages including
