Full Stack Java Developer
Location: Denver, CO (Onsite Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer to join our team and take ownership of designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-performance applications. This role requires a strong foundation in Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end technologies, along with a passion for building scalable, secure, and reliable systems. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance and scalability. Write production-ready, testable code with a strong emphasis on quality and maintainability. Create optimal technical designs that align with architectural best practices. Analyze system failures, propose design improvements, and drive operational excellence. Prioritize customer experience in all design and development decisions. Participate in and conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to engineering standards. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle. Champion software reliability engineering practices and continuous improvement. Embrace and integrate emerging technologies to support innovation and transformation. Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Proactively identify and communicate blockers and delays. Required Skills & Experience
Java (v17 or higher): Expert-level proficiency. Spring Boot & Java Frameworks: Strong experience in backend development and cloud API design. Front-End Development: Experience with React and Node.js. Microservices & API Development: Deep understanding of RESTful services, JUnit, Mockito. DevOps & CI/CD: Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and pipeline automation. Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with hybrid cloud environments and container orchestration. Databases: Proficient in both relational and NoSQL databases. Architecture & Design: Ability to interpret and work with architecture diagrams and tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
