Work: Monday & Tuesday -

Off: Wednesday & Thursday

Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12-hour static shifts (Nights - 6:00pm - 6:00am) Compensation:

Starting wage ranges from $20.00 - $26.00 dependent upon experience WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

Responsible for evaluating the physical and visual properties of finished film to ensure customer requirements are met. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following tasks: Reviewing product specifications, additional item information, and defect book to understand customer requirements Testing plastic film (emboss testing, width testing, tear and tensile testing, gloss testing, treat testing, etc.) Entering quality testing results into the production monitoring system. Calibrating Equipment, as needed Cleaning Equipment Conveying product quality inspection status to Production and/or Quality team for management of the production process Maintaining the sample retain system Properly labeling and storing of retains in bags Transporting and storing retain boxes Discarding out-of-date retains Maintaining a clean work environment. Performing other duties as assigned by supervision. Performing all duties following standard procedures and safety requirements. OUR SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:

Ensure that safety and health concerns are given primary consideration in all activities Follows company guidelines and actively participates in all safety processes Carry out job/area specific housekeeping duties and maintain a high standard of professionalism Look for, report, and correct any near misses/unsafe conditions or behaviors as soon as possible Produce quality materials to be distributed to customers Maintain production volume and efficiency Identify needed changes and make recommendations - find a better way Troubleshoot mechanical issues, requesting supervisor assistance when needed OUR BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma required. Associates degree in quality related field preferred. 2-3 years of experience in quality related field preferred Minimum 1 year of experience in flexographic printing preferred but not required Computer proficiency and skills are required; Microsoft Office and other software programs. Familiarization working within a quality management system environment (ie., ISO, GMP, BRC, IMS compliant) Ability to prepare, organize and maintain test and office data, reports and systems Be able to implement and maintain the Quality Management System and work within its guidelines to conform to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008, IMS, GMP, BRC and any other standard that CNG decides to put in place Work safely following all safety rules Adapts quickly to change Strong analytical skills Strong communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Compliance with all regulatory requirements Able to work independently and in a team environment Physical Work and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to stand most of their 12-hour shift on a cement production floor. The team member frequently is required to use arms to reach and hands to handle or feel. The team member must repetitively lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must be able to routinely climb stairs and work safely around numerous hot surfaces and rotating equipment. Team members are also required to frequently talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Team members in this role are exposed to seasonal temperature/humidity changes that can be near 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Are our values a match for you?
