Sales Support: Promote and sell products, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory.Visual Merchandising: Help maintain an organized and visually appealing store layout.Transactions: Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.Inventory Management: Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and managing inventory levels.Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve store goalsDuties & ResponsibilitiesRetail and customer-interface experience is keyPoint-of-Sale equipment experience, including handling returns/exchangesCash management and balancing a registerVisual merchandising experience to create effective item displaysCheerful, courteous, helpful attitude with all customers, every timeExcellent communication and out of the box problem solving skillsEffective listening and questioning skills in helping customers shopAbility to learn and convey product features/pricing for a wide variety of itemsUnderstanding customers' immediate need and matching product to those needsWork within the culture and ruleset of the client's campusUnderstand client's brand guidelines and marketing initiatives. Keep internal teams updated with any new initiativesCan operate and transact quickly and accurately especially during peak hoursWork closely with customers to develop relationships, understand their overall needs and solve issuesDevelop strategies designed to enhance the shopping experienceSeek to streamline the transaction and shopping process for ease and customer satisfactionOccasional event support at client site and annual inventory, which can be outside of normal working hoursRestocking, re-folding and organization of the storage room and sales floorNote: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and does not encompass all tasks or responsibilities that may be assigned.
