Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a Logistics Billing Dispatch Administration professional who is available to start immediately. This is a

temporary

role, located in the Canton Industrial area. The ideal candidate will have immediate availability and is prepared to start immediately (this week). This opportunity is ideal for those experienced in logistics, dispatch, and billing within the transportation sector. Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch owner-operators and company drivers for warehouse tasks and customer deliveries. Track container shipments and schedule appointments through the terminal portal for NY, NJ, VA, PA, and MD. Prepare daily reports on container and chassis status, ensuring timely returns of all equipment. Generate and process invoices for services rendered, ensuring accurate and complete billing records. Maintain organized documentation for invoices, payments, and billing history. Process invoices related to steamship line per diems, chassis usage, and container payments (including demurrage and street turns). Provide monthly reports on containers and chassis billed. Respond to customer inquiries about billing, providing timely, accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Process weekly invoices for owner-operators, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution. Ensure all permits are up to date for various states, including MD, VA, NJ, PA, and WV. Process accident paperwork through insurance channels and update management. Maintain and update records such as driver medical certifications and the container summary. Maintain spreadsheets for imports, diesel tracking, and container statuses. Monitor vessel schedules for all ports and container releases. Book appointments for container pickups and deliveries, as needed. Support additional administrative duties such as responding to customer requests, calls, emails, processing DOs, and assisting with driver's inquiries. Contact customers regarding the status of containers and provide updates as needed. Handle customer, broker, and driver concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient issue resolution. Perform any other related duties requested by Trucking manager to support the team's overall efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Must have experience assisting with billing in a logistics/transportation/trucking environment. Logistics coordination and dispatch experience required. Ability to start immediately and commit to being present and punctual every day. Reliable transportation and no prior commitments/absences planned. High School diploma required. Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of extending to 5:00 PM if needed. Lunch is unpaid. Benefits
