We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Parts Shipper to join our team. The Parts Shipper is responsible for accurately packaging, labeling, and shipping parts to customers. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and delivery deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment according to order specifications. Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping addresses for accuracy. Use shipping software and systems to generate labels and track shipments. Coordinate with carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, freight) for pickups and deliveries. Create skids for packing larger pieces LTL. Maintain a clean and organized shipping area. Inspect outgoing parts for damage or defects before packaging. Communicate with customer service and materials teams to resolve inventory issues. Additional duties as assigned Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Requirements
Previous experience in shipping, warehousing, or logistics preferred. Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask to complete multiple tasks at a time Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
