ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Makes controlled adjustments to equipment to optimize the running efficiency of the line. Addresses equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime. Determine line "bottlenecks" and take action to improve. Ensure work orders are generated for process improvements, and corrective maintenance items. Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations. Operates equipment such that bottle is handled by standards. Upholds quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated area. Ensures that all required maintenance is performed. Communicates with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations. Ensures that all resources are available for production run. Setup oncoming shift for successful run. Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team. Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre shift team meetings, and by meeting with off going Line Technician. Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems, and possible operational improvements. Strong communication skills and the demonstrated ability to work well with people. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently. Various tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products. Perform other related duties as required by supervision. All employees are expected to support the Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program by following food safety and quality procedures, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness, and reporting any concerns. Team members must understand their role in the SQF System, complete required training, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement to ensure safe, high-quality products. BASIC REQUIREMENTS
Aware of all safety procedures. Aware of and wears all personal protective equipment. Follows GMP and PMO regulations and guidelines. Can properly fill out all required documentation. Has a complete understanding of the schedule. Must be capable of adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. COMPETENCIES:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk. The employee must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds. It also requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.
