Your role and responsibilities As a SAP ABAP Developer, you will support development on various SAP Systems. You should understand SAP Tools, SAP Application Servers & NetWeaver, and HANA platforms to build business applications.

Understanding business processes and challenges, and translating them into requirements and solutions, is essential.

Experience with HANA versions of SAP is required. You will leverage your SAP ABAP development skills, business knowledge, and expertise to develop solutions that meet client expectations and achieve business results.

This role involves creating and supporting ABAP programs as per project needs. Experience with the ABAP Workbench is necessary; workflow knowledge is a plus.

This is a hands-on position requiring you to design and develop solutions.

Members of our Client Innovation Team work closely across the CIC network to deliver leading-edge solutions, focusing on quality and client satisfaction. Collaboration is key, and you will be integrated into our deep learning and employee engagement programs across North America. Travel may be required, typically up to 50%, mainly for knowledge transfer, client relationship building, and project milestones.

Required technical and professional expertise 5+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Development within SAP ECC.

Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.

Experience with three or more SAP modules.

Proficiency with ABAP Workbench.

Technical writing and documentation skills.
