Bartender
to join our team and elevate our bar service for members and guests.
Position Overview As a Bartender, you will be the face behind our bar, creating memorable experiences for our members through expert mixology, impeccable service, and friendly interaction. You'll be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar, providing excellent drink recommendations, and adhering to club standards for beverage service.

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to club standards and member preferences. Engage with members and guests in a professional, friendly manner, enhancing their experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and report shortages. Process transactions accurately and handle cash/credit payments responsibly. Provide beverage recommendations based on knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar service areas for events or regular service. Follow Aronimink's guidelines on responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless member dining experience. Essential Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or Equivalent RAMP Certified preferred, but not required. Certification is available through the Club. Previous bartending experience in a fine dining, country club, or high-end hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, and carry up to 25 lbs for extended periods. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
