Desktop Support Specialist
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced support center environment, directly supporting desktops and laptops. At least 1 year of experience with Windows administration and Active Directory. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and/or CompTIA certifications preferred. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving desktop and laptop issues.
