Summary: We are looking for an Obstetrician & Gynecologist to provide call coverage. Providers should be comfortable with all OB/Gyn procedures.

Rate Caps for Submission: Malpractice - Must be included in rates. Orientation - *** - kicks in after 8 hours. Schedule/Availability Requirements: Jan 27 start date Services provided on OB/GYN on a 24/7 basis for two weekends per month Friday 8am - Monday 8a for Call Coverage. Facility Location: Omaha, NE (Immanuel Hospital, CUMC Bergan) + Council Bluffs, IA (Mercy Hospital) Setting: L&D, PP, GYN Emergency/ORs Duties: Covering Ob-Gyn Call for three facilities (Immanuel, Mercy, and Bergan) including consults, delivery, rounding (including rounds with fellows), minor/major gynecologic surgeries. Will include covering a practice as well as unassigned Ob-Gyn call. Individual will back up CNMs and Family Medicine w/ OB providers. Days per month: Average 6 EMR: EPIC Support Staff: N/A - L&D and OR Nursing; will work with CNMs (backing up CNMs and being on standby for labor or nearby for recommendations on labor progression) Reason for Coverage: Needing call relief for a practice of 6 MDs (4.24 FTEs) Deal breakers: Has not performed 20+ deliveries in the last year. Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels? Downtown Omaha would be relatively central to all three facilities and near airport Air Travel: Local, no flights? Not limited Please detail any anticipated travel exceptions, for example a dietary restriction necessitating specific lodging situations. Travel exception requests will be denied if this information is not part of the provider presentation.
