Software QA Engineer (Ref 26114)

Responsibilities • Manage the QA/ QC activities of assigned projects to ensure systems delivered meets the customer quality requirements • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of Projects work products to ensure finished product quality • Conduct internal Quality Audits and other quality assurance activities • Collect and compile statistical quality data • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities • Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions • Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues • Assist in drafting quality assurance policies and procedures • Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures • Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or equivalent. • Familiar with test automation tool - Selenium. • Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience highly desirable • Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of Quality Assurance highly desirable • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, highly desirable • Experience in software/system/product development lifecycle would be advantageous. • Has good written and oral communication skills • Strong IT skills with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc Licence no: 12C6060
