Protected salary with bonus potential for the first 2 years 3rd year partnership track with ASC ownership buy in potential, additional ancillary income, and restricted stock grant Good combination of general GI with wide open opportunities for advanced cases if interested (not required)- good blend of clinic and hospital Shared call with the hospital
