We're Hiring at PTI Services! Are you an energetic and dynamic Project Manager? If so, we have an incredible opportunity to join a growing team in telecommunications infrastructure. You will play a vital role in all aspects of facilitating the installation of wireless carriers on PTI assets, from application entry to Notice to Proceed and Project Closeout.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing wireless communication installations. Your key responsibilities will include project cost estimation, resource allocation, budget tracking, and ensuring client requirements are met. You will interact with project team members, supervisors, project managers, property owners, clients, and vendors via phone and in person. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US | Remote Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt

What You Will Do: Develop and nurture client relationships by identifying requirements, anticipating, and resolving problems. Manage day-to-day project communications with customers, contractors, and internal teams, both verbal and written. Interface with PTI Customers, Sales, Leasing, and Asset Management during leasing, site design, and installation processes. Establish and maintain daily project plans for multiple projects, working directly with clients and internal/external resources. Review, recommend, and approve/reject proposed tenant configurations on PTI assets, including Fiber to Tower and decommission projects. Coordinate with Customers and Site Acquisition representatives to ensure application and construction drawing alignment. Work with PTI’s engineering partners to procure services like Structural Analysis and Tower Modification. Collaborate with the Administrative Assistant to complete all accounting requirements for projects, including requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice approvals. Review construction NTP requirements and issue NTP to tenants and contractors. Conduct site walks for preliminary design, final inspection, punch list, etc. Ensure all construction documentation (Permits, as-built drawings, etc.) is incorporated into PTI’s system (Siterra). Facilitate site inspections to verify equipment removal and electrical configurations. Monitor and report metrics weekly using company tracking tools. Assist Mergers & Acquisitions with asset audits for potential purchases or site management. Coordinate with Lease Administration regarding due diligence and site issues. Hold meetings to keep projects on schedule and within budget, addressing issues early. Participate in weekly calls and attend team/company meetings as scheduled.

Additional Duties: Responsibilities may evolve; employees may be assigned additional projects or duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, Construction Management, or relevant experience. Minimum of three (3) years of construction/project management experience in telecommunications infrastructure. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. Experience leading projects to completion. Knowledge of construction processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated with attention to detail. Professional communication skills. Ability to travel up to 25% within the market. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance criteria. Ability to obtain a Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification, if required. Ability to work independently and in a team within an entrepreneurial culture. Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
