We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Consultant to join the Solutions & Delivery Optimization team, playing a pivotal role in the success of our solution offerings. As a Solution Concept Consultant, you will drive consistency in solution concepting and data management through direct customer contact at a senior level, supporting global sales during the full project bid lifecycle, especially in early standardisation phases.

What you will do in the role: Lead the solution concept process to develop winning solutions, ensuring adherence to standards. Act as the interface between regional teams and the global standardisation team across multiple projects. Gather and accurately represent customer requirements. Communicate design requirements clearly and concisely, using various tools and producing professional reports. Prepare proposal documents, 'MOST' staffing calculations, ROI analyses, and detailed equipment flow diagrams. Support pre-sales activities and contribute to a healthy sales pipeline. Provide weekly project status updates. Understand and advise on global supply chain solutions and practices. Contribute to the development of standardised concepts, ranging from manual to automated solutions. Provide data for simulation models, evaluate concepts, and recommend optimal solutions. Challenge project costs, timelines, and technologies to develop lean, standardised solutions. Represent the company professionally to customers at all times. What we are looking for: Degree or HND in Maths, Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years in operational supply chain roles with deep distribution centre knowledge and business analytics experience. Innovative, creative thinker with project deployment experience in automated solutions. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Excellent communication skills in English; second language desirable. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
