JOB SUMMARY

This position assembles and repairs plant rack shelves, bases and posts to be distributed to our customers. When damaged equipment returns from the field, the repair team will use small air hammers and rivet tools to breakdown racks, remove damaged parts and reassemble parts and racks.

JOB DUTIES Assemble plant rack bases and shelves according to specifications. Repair damaged plant rack bases, shelves, and posts to ensure proper functionality. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment. Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform quality checks to ensure assembled and repaired racks meet company standards. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

MIG welding experience is a plus Must have experience using pneumatic tools Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs Able to push and pull stacks of racks Able to stand for extended periods Physically able to bend and twist Demonstrates a strong work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to meet weekly and monthly repair quotas Authorized to work in the United States

$15-$16/hour + Piece Rate
