About the role The newly formed Messaging and Collaboration Engineering team is seeking an ambitious self-starter for a position to support our Credit Rating business with the possibility of working virtually. The team member will be responsible for Microsoft 365 management that encompasses Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Proofpoint, SMTP Relays, and File Servers. The highly visible team member will work closely with our Credit Ratings analytical and development teams and must think “outside the box”. We practice Agile methodologies and move quickly to adapt. Our technologists possess a wide range of skills and knowledge bases, we all view technology as a craft and care deeply about creating positive experiences for our customers. This team performs business-critical services enabling many different components of the business to deliver an amazing experience. Job responsibilities: Responsible for Microsoft 365 management, daily maintenance, support, and upgrades Responsible for Proofpoint email delivery and protection management Responsible for Windows File Server and Amazon FSx management Responsible for SMTP relay management Support Employee Experience and Credit Ratings initiatives Work with Corporate InfoSec on security incidents Follow tasks from inception to completion Primary support for all Credit Ratings requests and incidents Participation in the planning, development, and delivery of projects Create and update documentation and knowledge articles on corporate Wiki page Stay knowledgeable with cutting-edge technology Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience) Must have strong soft skills, able to prioritize work, take the initiative, analyze and troubleshoot complex issues Must be a self-starter and able to work alone in a fast-changing environment 5+ years of relevant experience using Microsoft/Office 365 in a complex environment 5+ years of experience working with Windows File Server shares, DFS, and NTFS permissions 5+ years of experience with email protection technologies like Proofpoint 5+ years of experience working with Exchange online/on-premises 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint online Good working knowledge of PowerShell commands, creating and modifying scripts, and how to connect to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Exchange Knowledge of Azure Active Directory Enterprise applications and registrations Knowledge of eDiscovery, Communication compliance, Legal holds Knowledge of Multi-Geo and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Knowledge of SMTP, OAuth, Graph API, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF Knowledge of dynamic distribution lists Knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD Connect Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft product licenses Knowledge of migrating mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint a plus Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Purview and eDiscovery a plus Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps administration a plus Knowledge of Amazon FSx a plus 24x7 availability and participation of on-call rotation Nice to have: Knowledge of migrating mailboxes, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint a plus Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Purview and eDiscovery a plus Knowledge of Power BI and Power Apps administration a plus Knowledge of Amazon FSx a plus
