Typical Schedule:
Day shifts, Monday - Friday, with a rotating on-call requirement with other nursing leadership

Requirements:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in RI Must be able to travel to several skilled nursing facilities in Rhode Island Provide oversight and direction to clinical team Make rounds with physicians, as necessary Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, staff and medical team Other special projects and duties, as assigned Nursing degree from an accredited college or university preferred Three (3) years or more years of experience as a manager/Director of Nursing in a nursing care center, hospital or other related health care center Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices Primary series of COVID vaccination is required
