Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

long-term care (LTC)

Job Description Provide high-quality, direct patient care in a long-term care environment
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Monitor and document changes in resident condition and report to nursing staff
Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Support nursing staff and contribute to a positive, team-based workplace
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff
Follow facility policies, procedures, and safety protocols Education and Certification Requirements
Active CNA license in the state of Oregon (or compact eligible)
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Minimum 1 year of CNA experience preferred, LTC experience strongly desired Schedule and Compensation
Night shift position (blocked schedule)
5x8s (five 8-hour shifts per week)
Competitive weekly pay
