The incumbent develops and manages finite scheduling activities in support of manufacturing operations. Coordinates with manufacturing staff to ensure schedule accuracy in upstream, downstream, and support services. Coordinates with Facilities to incorporate key preventative maintenance activities into the production schedule. Coordinate with global production planners as needed. This person reports to the head of manufacturing or delegate as needed. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a finite scheduling system in support of the daily/weekly/monthly production schedule as set forth by head of manufacturing and production planner. Regularly meet with manufacturing operational leads to schedule adherence. Ensure program requirements within the production schedule reflect the process via coordination with their manufacturing team and Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MS&T). Coordinate schedule changes with Manufacturing, MS&T and Supply Chain staff and escalate issues as necessary to ensure seamless production execution. Manage the 1-Month schedule look-ahead for production and adjust accordingly per long-term production schedule. Support coordination of material work orders in support of production readiness for manufacturing. Integrate key preventative maintenance activities into the production schedule in support of minimal interruption to Manufacturing operations via coordination with Facilities and the Manufacturing team. Develop and communicate schedule adherence Key Performance Indicators (Monthly KPIs). Requirements:

Production Planner: associate degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline is required and B.A./B.S. preferred and 2+ years' experience in related GMP manufacturing operations. Sr. Production Planner: associate degree in a related scientific or engineering discipline is required and B.A./B.S. preferred and 5+ years' experience in related GMP manufacturing operations. Interpersonal Savvy/Respect for Others Business Acumen Priority Setting Functional/Technical Skills Communication Proficiency Integrity and Personal Responsibility Action Oriented (Results Orientation/Performance Focus) Customer Focus Experience in single-use platform technology is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Upstream/Downstream fundamentals and unit operations is preferred About KBI:
