Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP EWM implementation and enhancement projects.
- Analyze business requirements and design effective SAP EWM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP EWM to support warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and internal warehouse movements.
- Integrate SAP EWM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, TM, PP) and external systems.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior consultants.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user documentation for key stakeholders.
- Manage testing, defect resolution, and cutover activities.
- Support go-live and post-implementation phases.
- Work with global teams and stakeholders in complex project environments.
Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP WM, with 5+ years in SAP EWM. - Strong understanding of SAP EWM functionality, including RF Framework, Wave Management, Slotting & Rearrangement, Labor Management, and Physical Inventory. - minimum 2+ years Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM and/or Decentralized EWM. - Proven track record in at least three full lifecycle EWM implementations. - Solid integration knowledge with MM, SD, and Logistics Execution. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
Qualifications: - SAP EWM certification. - Experience in Agile project environments. - Background in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries.
