Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS Solution Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle EBS solutions. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions supporting modules like Financials, CRM, and SCM. The ideal candidate has strong technical and functional experience, capable of managing complex architectures, and driving strategic initiatives.
This role is based in Naperville, IL, with a hybrid work model (T-TH in office, M & F remote).
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop system enhancements, integrate new partners, and provide production support.
Conduct requirements analysis, design, build, and testing.
Provide guidance on applying technology to business needs.
Serve as a technical resource with a functional foundation.
Create solutions aligned with enterprise and departmental goals.
Assist leadership in managing customer expectations and stakeholder communication.
Work with internal customers to understand objectives and ensure successful technology enablement.
Review and implement systems and documentation.
Advise on technology prioritization and business process improvements.
Identify gaps, design new processes, and plan transitions.
We’re Excited if This is You
Minimum 6 years of Oracle EBS Technical experience.
Minimum 6 years of Oracle EBS R12 techno-functional experience, focusing on Financials, CRM Foundation, Service Contracts, Field Service, and related modules.
Proficient in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow, SQL tuning, Web ADI, OA Framework.
Ability to align operational support with client objectives.
Understanding of application architectures and business processes.
Project management skills to solve practical problems.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Strong collaboration and team skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual environment.
Computer Skills Needed:
Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
