The Role: Were seeking a Senior or Lead Front-End/Full-Stack Engineer to join the technology team behind a sophisticated microservices-based investment platform. The focus is on building intuitive, scalable web applications with a modern tech stack, with opportunities to lead projects, drive innovation, and mentor junior developers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working across the full stack and thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Design and build robust, user-friendly front-end interfaces Lead full-stack feature development across front-end, services, and data layers Enhance microservices infrastructure supporting portfolio construction tools Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes deployments Modernize system components with leading-edge tools and technologies Guide and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming Communicate with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions Contribute to architectural decisions and software best practices Support technical hiring and team growth Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in web application development Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript Deep understanding of modern front-end frameworks such as React (or Angular/Vue) Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns Experience with back-end such as Python, Java, or Scala Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure Working knowledge of relational databases Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven leadership in technical project delivery or team mentorship Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, agile environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
