The

Digital Marketing Specialist

will be responsible for executing effective digital marketing strategies to support the expansion and growth of the company. This position will manage and optimize our digital presence through social media, email marketing, and digital advertising. This role will also lead the creation of engaging and brand-aligned content for both external marketing and internal communications.

Success in this role is measured by demonstrated improvements to existing data analytics systems and performance metrics, reflecting increased efficiency, reach, and impact of digital initiatives.

The candidate selected will be responsible for the following:

Digital Campaign Management:

Develop, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across channels including social media, email, and digital advertising Strategize, build, and implement digital strategies to recruit and support foster parents Strategize, build, and implement corporate and local social media campaigns based on analytics to further grow engagement and brand awareness, while maintaining consistent brand standards Track, report, and present digital performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategic adjustments Analyze and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve engagement and return on investment Support new business activities with a focus on campaign automation solutions Content Creation & Strategy:

Create compelling, targeted content for various digital platforms including blog posts, social media copy and graphics, and email newsletters Maintain and refine content calendars to ensure consistent, audience-tailored messaging across platforms Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to execute a laser-focused content strategy Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and transform it into impactful content for both marketing and internal communication purposes Technology, Tools & Trends:

Review new technologies and emerging trends to keep Necco at the forefront of developments in digital marketing Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Contribute to the development and improvement of internal analytics dashboards and tools to better measure campaign effectiveness and audience behavior Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field Proven experience in digital marketing and content creation Advanced knowledge of social media platforms Proficiency with Canva and Microsoft Office Familiarity with digital tools such as Google Analytics, social media scheduling platforms, and email marketing systems Strong writing, editing, and communication skills Ability to interpret marketing data and provide actionable insights Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
