Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or another related field preferred. Equivalent experience as described below can substitute for degree. Experience:
Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed. Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required. Experience working in State Government is highly desired. Experience working with ServiceNow is highly desired. Experience in onboarding and training employees. Experience in utilizing Client tracking Purchase Orders is highly desired. Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts. Highly desired. Experience in creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and workflows is highly desired. Experience working on agile project teams is highly desired. Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired. Experience using Azure DevOps or other Agile task management software is highly desired.
