Overview

The 340B Program Coordinator is responsible for the strategic oversight, compliance, and optimization of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and the pharmacy revenue cycle. This position ensures regulatory compliance, maximizes program benefits, and leads initiatives to improve financial performance related to pharmacy billing, reimbursement, and charge integrity. The Coordinator serves as the primary liaison for 340B-related matters and pharmacy revenue cycle operations, collaborating with pharmacy, finance, compliance, and IT departments. Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or equivalent education required. A Bachelor's degree with five or more years of relevant practice experience will be considered in lieu of a PharmD degree. PGY2 residency or equivalent experience preferred. Apexus Advanced 340B Operations Certification preferred, if not, shall be completed within one year of hire date. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior hospital leadership, medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff, pharmacy residents, and students is required. Knowledge and understanding of general hospital and outpatient clinic operations. Motor Vehicle Operator Designation (Required): Will not operate vehicles for an assigned business purpose Licensure/Certification/Registration: Registered pharmacist in Florida or eligible for same.
