We are looking for a

Digital Solutions Project Manager

in USA. Your mission will be to:

Position eligible for candidates residing in Illinois

Purpose (Objective):

As part of the Digital Solutions team, the Project Manager is responsible for the implementation, support, and on-going projects for all solutions offered by Digital Solutions. Responsibilities include the implementation of both EnviroMap and QualMap, supporting clients as needed via our ticketing system, lead and manage special projects, facilitate and assist the training of internal employees.

Main activities:

•Meet customer expectations during implementation, support, and project management as measured by customer surveys.

•Manage onsite and/or remote installation of the EnviroMap and QualMap.

•Travel up to three times per month to implement the software, including international travel.

•Work with Sales/Support/Development/Labs to install and support software.

•Develop strong product knowledge of the Digital Solutions offered to assist customers and potential customers with a strong professional presentation of EnviroMap and QualMap.

•Develop and deliver professional software demonstrations directed at potential/current customers.

•Support changes/augmentations of the software for current customers.

•Work together with staff to write documentation and instructions for end-users.

•Develop a strong internal working relationship with MXNS Account Managers, Digital Solutions Implementation Managers, Digital Solutions Development Team, Digital Solutions Sales Team, and Customer Care.

•Test new versions/updates of the software as needed and provide constructive feedback to development.

•Develop and maintain a working expertise relating to food safety and quality programs, and how EnviroMap and QualMap can be an enhancement.

•Participate in sales meetings, implementation meetings, Digital Solutions meetings and training events as needed.

•Perform other related duties as needed.

Communication:

Internal Interlocutors: Seen as a primary resource to organize, manage and implement EnviroMap at facilities and/or labs worldwide. Required to establish a strong working relationship with the MXNS sales force, Digital Solutions Sales Force, Digital Solutions Team, and MXNS lab personnel.

External Interlocutors: Customers

YOUR PROFILE

Knowledge:

Profile:

•B.S Degree (strongly preferred)

•At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.

•A broad knowledge of food safety programs is desirable including environmental monitoring, finished product sampling, HACCP, food microbiology, food chemistry and research capabilities.

•A successful foundation in software customer service with an emphasis on microbiology and/or chemistry is desirable.

•A broad knowledge of software implementation, testing and support.

•General knowledge of personal computer operation is necessary to develop reports, assist clients and demonstrate the EnviroMap product.

Required skills:

•Fully developed interpersonal and written communication skills to interface with our internal team and customers.

•Self-management skills such as time management, organizing and problem solving is necessary to ensure implementations are concluded timely and on budget with the quality desired.

•Excellent facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills

Work Environment:

The incumbent works from a Company location and/or their home office with proper lighting and temperature control. Overnight auto and air travel may be necessary for client visits and for visiting other laboratory locations. Manual dexterity is essential to create work products on the computer. Incumbent must be able to enter a variety of workplace environments to meet with and service existing clients. Travel can be anywhere from 20-30%

Compensation Package Overview: Compensation Range: $65,000 - $70,000 depending on experience Potential bonus: Up to 5% based on performance. Full Time Eligible Benefits Overview:
