What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Client Data Analyst within our Corpay Payables division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will act as a liaison between Corpay, our clients, and their vendors to ensure seamless data transfer between ERP systems and Corpay Applications. You will report directly to the Customer Success Team Manager and regularly collaborate with Implementation, Product, IT, and Client Success teams.
How We Work As a Client Data Analyst, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in the Richmond, VA office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:
Managing all aspects of data transfer and ERP conversion projects Reporting status regularly to internal teams and external stakeholders Updating and maintaining solution documentation Troubleshooting and resolving technical data transmission issues Inputting accurate client and project information into internal systems Attending daily stand-ups and project meetings with cross-functional teams Following internal policies and procedures when interacting with stakeholders Communicating sensitive payment information clearly and professionally Escalating client or vendor concerns when appropriate Identifying vendor needs and recording accurate documentation Building strong internal relationships across teams Meeting both personal and team-based qualitative and quantitative goals Handling electronic and physical protected healthcare information (ePHI/PHI) in accordance with policy Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience Solid understanding of data formats and data transformation Experience troubleshooting file issues and clearly communicating resolutions Basic understanding of accounting principles Experience interacting with APIs and third-party apps Exceptional communication and customer service skills Bias for action and strong problem-solving ability Proven customer-centric mindset Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience leading technical projects 2-3 years of ETL experience, preferably in a financial services setting Familiarity with SQL, JSON, data mapping, and transformations Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Electronic Payments workflows Experience in Sales or Collections is a plus Benefits & Perks
