Job Title: Network Analyst I Department: Information Technology Location: RareMed Solutions Reports to: Manager of Infrastructure

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Network Analyst I to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will support and maintain the company's Azure and Microsoft-based network infrastructure. This role will involve monitoring network performance, troubleshooting network-related issues, and assisting with the implementation of network solutions in a predominantly Azure and Microsoft environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance and stability of the Azure-based network and Microsoft infrastructure to ensure optimal operation. Identify and troubleshoot any network issues, escalate to higher-level support when needed. Network Configuration & Maintenance: Assist in the configuration, deployment, and maintenance of virtual networks, firewalls, and other Azure networking components, as well as on-premises Microsoft infrastructure. Security & Compliance: Ensure that network security policies are being followed. Assist in identifying security vulnerabilities and take steps to address them. Help with compliance audits related to network security. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of network configurations, changes, and performance. Prepare reports on network health, including uptime, bandwidth usage, and issue resolution. Support and Assist IT Team: Provide technical support to other members of the IT team, especially in areas related to Azure networking, Microsoft Active Directory, VPNs, and Office 365 connectivity. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Azure and Microsoft networking solutions. Participate in training programs and pursue relevant certifications. Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Certifications: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred; Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) is a plus. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in network analysis or administration. Experience working in an Azure cloud environment and/or Microsoft-based networks is preferred. Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of Azure virtual networks, VNets, and hybrid networking. Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols. Understanding of VPNs, firewalls, and network troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of Office 365 administration and its integration with Azure.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Work Environment:

This position is primarily office-based, with remote work options depending on project requirements. Some on-call availability may be required to address critical issues.
