Design, Develop, and Customize Architect and develop complex solutions and enhancements across multiple PeopleSoft HCM modules (such as Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor), often integrating across Financials and Campus Solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with thirdparty systems using RESTSOAP web services, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, XML, filebased integrations, and batch scripts
Provide Tier 3 support for ongoing PeopleSoft operations and upgrades. Lifecycle Management.
Detailed Job Description 5 to 10 years handson experience with PeopleSoft HCM development, especially with complex customizations and integrations. Strong expertise in People Tools Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, SQR, PS Query, BIXML Publisher, and SQL. Solid knowhow in Oracle databases, UNIXLinux environments, and shell scripting. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently in fastpaced operational settings. Experience with Agile Scrum.
