Systems Performance Engineer
Apex Systems is hiring for a Systems Performance Engineer in Walnut Creek, CA. Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7+ years Pay Range: 60-70$/hourly based off experience and background The engineer will be primarily responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of the LTE and 5G Networks in NORCAL. In addition to this, the engineer will be responsible for monitoring ROOT drive when ROOT is in the market, analyze the ROOT data once the drive is complete, and make optimization/capacity recommendations based on analysis. Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting and using hourly and daily service measurement data to optimize the LTE and 5G network. Representing the team for feature related projects, new node integration, and other centralized tasks by meeting deliverables and holding other parties accountable per project plan. Troubleshooting hardware and performance problems independently or by coordinating with other teams. Supporting Network Performance in evaluating and improving areas of poor coverage by identifying system performance problems. Reporting issues to appropriate engineers. Resolving customer service issues, assisting in implementing solutions, and collecting drive test data in support of performance evaluations and build program prioritization.
