What You'll Do: Plan and execute precise setups of compression molding, preform, and trimming presses for rubber and silicon diaphragms. Select, place, and align die/mold sets, and meticulously adjust machine settings for speed, pressure, temperature, and more. Conduct routine machine checks, apply lubricants, and adjust/install safety devices. Perform minor repairs, polish tools, and collaborate with engineers on tooling projects. What You Bring: High School Diploma or GED/equivalent. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to understand and follow job instructions. Mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Ability to use vision to assess product quality. Ability to wear required protective clothing.
