Environmental Responsible for overall administration of plant ISO/safety procedures and manuals Schedule EMS/ISO Team meetings and Management Review meetings Create and update ISO communication media (board, comm centers, flyers, etc.) Implement and train team on waste segregation to include coordinating universal and hazardous waste disposal Maintain environmental compliance tracking sheet Maintain all updates to manual, provide document control, file IAW ISO requirements and properly manage obsolete information Conduct thorough investigations of non-conformances using the required corrective action form and root cause analysis Schedule, track and conduct EMS training (ISO Awareness training, general EMS training, SOP training, etc.) Work with EMS teams to develop preventative actions and maintain continuous improvement log Ensure regulatory compliance of all local, state, and federal laws and submit required data to third party for processing of regulatory reports Develop relationships in the local community to further environmental awareness and change as well as foster improvement with environmental goals Help create, schedule, and execute annual ISO training Maintain current certifications and participate in external environmental training courses Walk through with environmental consultants (Strata) and city personnel during scheduled visits Maintain stormwater outfalls and conduct audits of facility grounds for compliance Responsible for submitting and organizing energy star data tracking Safety Administer first aid to team members with minor injuries Assist EHS Manager with workers compensation management (record keeping, medical visits, collection of information, post-accident drug screens) Aid in or own effective orientation of new hire team members Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable OSHA standards and regulations and all Clayton policies Conduct facility inspections (hazard walks) to detect existing or potential safety hazards and make recommendations regarding corrective or preventive measures to management Maintain current MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) master binder Participate in the investigation of work-related injuries/illnesses, on-the-job accidents, or near misses as required Keep all required postings, Company, State and Federal up to date and visible to team members on bulletin boards in the break room as required Maintain current CPR/First aid certification Complete JHA

Job Hazard Analysis assessments Champion the team's health efforts by working with TMX team to promote good eating habits, physical fitness, and mental health Set a great example for the team by continuing to improve one's personal wellness Qualifications/Skills

Prior experience in a manufacturing OR construction environment preferred.

Prior experience in an EHS role is a plus!

Must have great communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills;

Will present at plant meetings, orientation, safety committee etc.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) desired.

Great attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Motivated and self-starter; willing to learn, hard-working, determined and assertive.

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus. This role will start at $27.50 per hour. This role is also eligible to participate in our Administrative Profit Pool after 30 days of employment or transfer. The hours for this position are 6:00am-2:40pm, Monday-Friday. Why Clayton?
