This contingent role supports the Domestic Settlements team responsible for the delivery and receipt of U.S. Treasuries via the Federal Reserve Bank. The Business Execution Associate will participate in low to moderately complex initiatives, identify process improvement opportunities, and support daily settlement operations. The role requires analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a foundational understanding of business execution functions and compliance. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Monitor cash inflows and outflows related to settlements Perform reconciliations on U.S. Treasury settlements Assist with testing trade flows and documenting procedures Identify operational risks and suggest improvements Support compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Provide information and updates to internal stakeholders EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
