Your Job: The Director of Operating Room is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and improving services in the Operating Room Service Department. Accountable for intra-departmental and interdepartmental project management as well as identifying and implementing value improvement initiatives. Your Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program BSN degree required 5 OR MORE YEARS in Operating Room Services CPR required Your Job Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and openly Build relationships to promote a collaborative environment Be accountable for your performance Always look for ways to improve the patient experience Take initiative for your professional growth Methodist Dallas Medical Center is one of North Texas' best places to work.
