Customer Onboarding Coordinator
As a Customer Onboarding Coordinator you will work on cross-departmental collaboration with IT, Accounting, Operations, Pricing, Billing and Customer Service to establish and effectively support customer accounts. Responsibilities
Crosstrain with IT, Accounting, Operations, Pricing, Billing and Customer Service to understand the different criteria needed to establish a customer account Use independent judgement to create and maintain documentation of customer/trading partner contacts, custom requirements and integration details Analyze, design and develop customer EDI integrations, including communication setup, map editing and business rule processes Exercise discretion while providing data about Dayton Freight and our internal systems and capabilities upon request Use independent judgement to understand internal technical capabilities and the needs of an account to ensure internal parties have required information for proper setup Attend initial onboarding and established customer change events to understand customer needs and coordinate needs with appropriate department for implementation of those needs Be a central resource for all internal groups on customer troubleshooting and setup needs Work with Collections to ensure customer data requirements are being met for prompt payment Monitor first shipments and invoicing to ensure everything is processing properly Provide clear instruction and expectations to departments that will require follow-up or continual customer care Coordinate testing of customer integrations and change requests Provide integration support for the Dayton Freight API, validating proper setup and use when applicable Maintain project/task lists with current status and applicable information Continuously improve processes Qualifications
